Cycling Policy That Works

Cycling Policy That Works

March 20th, Bianca Room – MacEwan Student Center. 7:00 PM

Urban CSA in conjunction with the Tour De Nuit presents a talk by Gary Beaton on cycling policy in Calgary, and where it’s taking us.

In 2010, the Tour De Nuit Society launched the modern era of cycling activism. There will be discussion on the current roadblocks as well as the benefits in seeking to make Calgary more bike-friendly. You’ll also find ways to get involved with the cycling community in Calgary and make changes.

This is a free event. There will be door prizes in the form of a 40$ gift certificate to the Outdoor Center, as well as a gift from Yukon Breweries (can you guess what it is?).
